Responsibilities:
Management of all financial aspects of practice.
Scheduling of client appointments, check-in, and check-out of patients with the help of a team.
Working with insurance claims and the insurance team.
Working with marketing and public team.
Implementing procedures and policies as given by Apex management.
Helping Apex management to answer any matter with states, boards, and govt agencies.
Managing office support personnel.
Developing and implementing efficient office procedures as given by Apex Management.
Working on patient balances, refunds, and sending accounts to a collection agency.
Answer complicated matters on patient balances.
Treatment plan presentation or working with treatment plan coordinator.
Working with the infrastructure team to maintain office infrastructure.
Willing to improve the revenue and profit margin of Apex Dental.
Qualifications:
Very recent experience in a dental office must.
Experience in a dental office environment performing various roles, and duties.
Strong in handling people, employees, customers, and doctors.
Education more than High School, preferably graduate.
Business Management, Health Administration, Public Health, or related discipline, STRONGLY Preferred.
