Summary:
Crew Members are generally responsible for delivering great and friendly guest experiences.
They prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast paced environment.
They work as part of a team to meet our Guests' needs and give them a reason to come back.
Responsibilities Include Team Environment oWork well and interacts with others respectfully oRespond positively to coaching and feedback oCommunicate with team members oAble to learn and execute multiple tasks Operational Excellence oProvide guest service oResolve guest issues oFollow Brand standards, recipes and systems oFollow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws oMaintain clean and neat work environment Profitability oExecute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives oHandle POS transactions and payments with accuracy oPrepare and deliver all products according to Brand standards Requirements:
