We are currently searching for a HR Clerk for our manufacturing facility in Clover, South Carolina.
Responsibilities:
Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee files Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews Conduct initial screenings Contact candidates during pre-employment process Track progress of background checks and drug testing screening.
Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution Answer telephones Compile employee reports Data Entry Assist with open enrollment and other benefit information Operate office equipment such as a copier, fax machine, email, etc.
Support departments heads with various activities Other duties as assigned Requirements Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative role Must have an associate degree or working towards a degree Must be a quick thinker Confidentiality skills for handling sensitive information Must possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work under pressure.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel Job Type:
