Full-Time Business Analyst

The Business Analyst's objective is to meet corporate goals for maturing our ERP implementation, reporting, and business analytics within WDS, Inc. The expectation is that he/she will uphold the values, act, and respond in the best interest of WDS and its customers. He/she must function well as a leader in developing requirements for ERP additions, modifications, reports, analytics, dashboards and scorecards.
The Business Analyst operates under general supervision of the CIO, and performs duties with broad latitude for judgment. Incumbents independently perform business process analysis; document, recommend, and make process and configuration changes to one or more operating functions and/or ERP management systems; and perform strategic business analysis to support management and functional areas within WDS. Tasks assigned require an in-depth and broader understanding of problem identification, analysis and resolution. Final products may be reviewed upon completion with regard to business and technical soundness and appropriateness.
Reports to the: Director of IT
PRIMARY DUTIES:
The primary duties of the Business Analyst include being accountable and responsible for:
o develop requirements for ERP additions/changes
o Implement ERP/CRM software changes to support requirements
o manage ERP/CRM software to support business goals
o helping to build, maintain and sustain a reporting infrastructure
o develop alerts, dashboards and reports to create efficiencies
o develop quantitative reports for visibility into trends
o create metrics and scorecards to measure business performance
o develop internal customer requirements for reports
o consult with functional areas to define business needs and objectives
o develop objective metrics to measure team performance
o develop/update policies and procedures as required
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
The skills/requirements needed to make the Business Analyst successful include:
o have a college degree or equivalent experience with specific course work in analytics and software development
o ability to code in java script and related Netsuite API's
o strong verbal and written communication skills
o in debt knowledge of Netsuite
o experience writing reports and creating business analytics
o ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis
o be able to create and maintain accurate documentation with great attention to detail
o excellent organizational and time management skills in order to meet time lines
o be able to have a flexible schedule
o be willing to travel occasionally
o Strong organizational skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
